Ticket protection (sometimes called ticket insurance) is an optional add-on you can select when buying tickets.
It allows you to get a full refund if you are unable to attend, subject to certain conditions and deadlines.
If you add ticket protection to your order (for an extra small fee), you can later cancel your ticket and receive your money back.

If you do not buy protection, tickets are non-refundable except if KSÍ cancels the event.
