If you forget your password or need to reset it,
- Go to the official KSÍ Ticket Shop at https://ksi.shop.secutix.com/account/login
- Use the “Forgotten your password?” link in the login window.
- Enter the email address you used to register.
You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in that email to set a new password.
If you do not receive an email with the link to reset your password, please check your spam/junk folder and the settings for your email account. Make sure that you can receive emails from no-reply@ksi.is, as your email provider may have blocked the relevant email.
