What should I do if I do not receive the account activation email?
After registering, you should receive a confirmation/activation email.
If you don’t get it, check your spam or promotions folders. Make sure you entered your email correctly when signing up.
If it’s still not arriving, try registering again or use a different email address.
If problems continue, contact
KSÍ Fan Support
for help activating your account.
Make sure that you can receive emails sent from no-reply@ksi.is, as your email provider may have blocked the relevant email.
