If your tickets aren’t visible immediately, wait a bit and try refreshing the app.
They will appear by match day.
If the match is weeks away, the QR code might not show until a few hours before kickoff (more info available here).
Just be patient – you will definitely have them in time for entry.
Usually, mobile tickets are sent closer to the day of the match.
