If you cannot make it to the game, you have a couple of options.
First, note that tickets are generally non-refundable (see info on Ticket Protection).
However, since tickets are mobile/electronic, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Using the KSÍ mobile app, simply send the ticket to your friend’s account so they can use it.
Once transferred, the new holder’s name (if required) will be associated with the ticket.
So yes, another person can use your ticket as long as you transfer it to them via the app.
