Why are my mobile tickets not showing in the app?

If your tickets aren’t visible in the KSÍ app, first ensure you logged in with the same email you used for purchase.

Sometimes there is a delay of a few minutes for the system to sync.

If your tickets don't arrive by the day of the match, contact KSÍ Fan Support.
