Once you initiate a ticket transfer in the app and the recipient has not yet accepted it, you may be able to cancel the transfer yourself in the “Transfers” section of the app.
If the recipient has already accepted the ticket, then the transfer is complete and you cannot cancel it (they would have to transfer it back if needed).
