When you transfer a ticket, the recipient will get a notification email from the KSÍ system.
The email will say that a ticket has been sent to them and will include instructions on how to accept it.
If the recipient already has the app, they will also get a push notification in the app.
They should click the link or open the app, log in, and accept the ticket.
The ticket will then appear in their account.
Be sure to tell the person you transferred to check their email (and spam folder) after you send the ticket.
