Generally, tickets are non-refundable.
Once purchased, they cannot be returned unless the match is cancelled.
If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by KSÍ, you will be given instructions on refund options at that time.
The only way to get money back under normal circumstances is if you bought Ticket Protection/Insurance at checkout – in that case, follow the insurance provider’s procedure before the deadline.
Without insurance, plan on using or transferring your ticket, but not refunding it.
